Using 4.45, on Win XP Pro SP2, the Projects tab Status column will show "Suspended by User" correctly, but does not display "Won't get new work" message.
(This is also true on Win 98)

Known problem, the boinc developers have modified how the status column now works. This will be fixed in the next release.
