Hello everybody.

I have a question for the guys who have more than one computer running with Boinc.
Do you use the Xgrid technology from Apple ?
I have 3 Macs at home and thought it would be a good idea to let them work with XGrid.
I'm on 10.4.1 and the 2 other computers are on 10.3.9.

Does someone know how to use XGrid with Boinc, and especially with climateprediction.net.

(Excuse mistakes , my english is not at his best)

I have not used Xgrid but have setup a Linux cluster using cluster Knoppix - Unfortunately a cluster dose not help with this sort of project as the program is single threaded. You get no speed improvement and I found that the clients started causing errors.

Just run Boinc on all three of your Macs, the Boinc software effectively links all of our computers in to one big cluster anyway.
