yeah, the main SETI site isn't using the BOINC 4.x version yet, I'm not sure when they'll officially move, or put a BOINC 4.x SETI server at some URL perhaps (I know it's what the SETI/BOINC alpha site uses).

Any word on when BOINC Beta starts up again? I wouldn't mind testing it alongside CPDN.

That's what I've been waiting for. The main S@H/BOINC page says they're working on getting the alpha and beta sites up again, I'm hoping beta will have 4.xx.

I try an update on BOINC beta every day in hopes it'll give me something, because I'm not sure how they'll announce it. If history is any judge, if it is announced, it'll happen after it's open again. ;-) (thinking of the public release announcement)

I'm hopeing for alpha/beta to be up in the next day or two. I did notice a CVS checkin updateing the version to 4.03 last night.

4.03 is up on Alpha. I wish that this version had been skipped since 4.02 stated it was 4.03 in help about, and this caused confusion.

I agree. I would also like to see 4.04 skipped, can you imagine the abuse that one will get if it doesn't run perfectly?

4.04 was skipped. Alpha currently has 4.05 :)
