Now I need help.
There is a file 'Uninst.isu' in the BOINC folder. However, when I run this, Windows says it dosen't know how to use it.
So how DO I unstall the old version, so that I can run 4.25?

Start / Programs / BOINC / Remove BOINC or Start / Settings / Control Panel / 'Add or Remove Programs' / BOINC & hit the [Remove] button.

Thanks for that. But I should have known!

I don't know if I knew about the 1st method, which I used, but I DID know the second.
I was thinking BOINC a bit too hard to remember about Windows.

My excuse is stress. I tried to upload some trickles from Friday evening at 2am Saturday, but the 'net was dead.
Mid afternoon, I developed severe lower abdomen pain, and ended up in hospital until Sunday morning.
'net still down until Monday. Then I finally uploaded 3 days of trickles, and 5 zips.
And got a 'no work' message. Then, after a long, slow, download, the uninstall problem.
After I got 4.25 working, (ugly box on the left!), the message from the server changed to Project down.
Finally got a new model on Tuesday morning.
And found a problem with 4.25. See my other post here.

Nearly St Patricks day, which is the reminder to plant Sweet peas down this part of the world.
Maybe some gardening will help.
