As stated in the title I've got 2 of the CPs running simultaneously. I don't want two to run because they're slowing each other down and I'll never finish a complete unit. How do I obliderate one of the projects to only have 1 on my BOINC?

Go to Your Account link, then go into General Preferences, then change "On multiprocessor PCs, use at most 2 processors" to 1 processor, Save your preferences, then do a project update. To update from the BOINC GUI, go to the Projects tab and right click on climateprediction.net, then choose Update. If using linux, there are command line switches for having BOINC read your updated preferences.
