Hi i reinstalled Boinc after a computer problem and now i cant merge my own computer with the old
before it was an
Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz
now i hav an GenuineIntel whts this ??

I have found the problem I use the new BOINC core of seti 4.19 this found a wrong processor so danger if you use the new version !

This is due to the way the new client identified the CPU. This was done to fix a bug where AMD chips were identified as "AMD Athlon 1900+ Pentium" for example.

yes buts its not good if a pentium processor identified as a genuine Intel

I found a trick how you can merge your Intel if it done work !
