I set up an account, downloaded and installed the BOINC program, but nothing happens. When I click on the B icon it blinks once, but does not open. When I preview the screen saver I get a floating message that reads: \"Boinc Is Not Running. Please Launch Boinc To Display Graphics.\" I would love to launch BOINC, but after two hours of going back over everything I\'ve done and reading all of the instructions, I can\'t figure out where I\'ve gone wrong.

I\'m using a standard WindowsXP machine with 2.4 G hard drive and 788 RAM.
