We Just Lived Through The Hottest Month In Recorded History.
2016 is still on track for the hottest year ever.

Yes, it’s hot out there thanks to global warming.
NASA climate change:

http://climate.nasa.gov/news/2479/nasa-analysis-finds-july-2016-is-warmest-on-record

NASA reports that last month was the hottest July on record.
That follows the hottest June or record, hottest May, April,
March, February, and January. It’s almost like there is a pattern….
How hot was it last month? As the map above shows, parts of the Arctic and
Antarctic averaged as high as 7.7°C (13.9°F) above average.
No wonder we’ve seen records broken for the melting of the ice sheets and Arctic sea ice.
It was so hot that Dr. Gavin Schmidt, director of NASA’s Goddard Institute
of Space Studies, tweeted out Monday, “July 2016 was absolutely the hottest month
since the instrumental records began.” He attached this chart:

All zip files uploaded properly,
except for zip 14.
It is stuck in the transfer tab,
with a transient HTTP error,
and the task can’t report until it clears.

hi Jim,

Your mex25 that has not uploaded yet:

wah2_mex25_c25z_201312_13_410_010611283_0

this is just a wild thought,
but have you tried:
in the transfer tab high-light the Mex25 zip and then click "Retry now" ?

or

open up your BOINC Manager,
click on you Projects tab,
high-light ClimatePrediction.Org,
then click on "update" ?

you have probably have already tried these two, but just my wild thouhgt.

my mex25 that I am now crunching
7 zips successfully uploaded so far:

wah2_mex25_c0un_199612_13_410_010609579_1

just a thought that I hope might help?

Best Wishes,

Post:
Oops sorry: Edit to my post # 54578 for spelling and 34 tasks crunching:

so that should read:

when both of my computers rebooted at the same time due to power failure 3 days ago,
and I had to restart BOINC,
i was surprised to see that I had lost only one Climate Prediction task that day,
out 34 that were crunching, at the time.

since March of 2016,
I have set my preferences so that I carry no "stock piles"
and I set my preferences to use 85% of availble CPU's
so that every one of the,
34 task you see in progress
stated crunching the moment,
my computer received them from the Climate server.
that way i can return the Climate Prediction tasks,
to the Scientists as soon as possible

actually, I did this from a suggestion in a - post - that Les made 7 months ago,

thank you Les.

I hope the helps.

I set my prefferences so that I carry no "stock piles"

so that every Climate Prediction task you see,
stated crunching the moment my computer recieved it from server.

I had a wah2_eu25 here, which failed with: Signal 11 received.

I'm running Windows 10 Professional x64 Edition, (10.00.10586.00)
BOINC client version 7.6.22

i have two computers, both same OS and BOINC client version 7.6.22

first one Computer ID 1364207- client version 7.6.22, runs only Climate Prediction.
second one Computer 7784986- runs only SETI@home.

about three days ago, Both computers rebooted at the same time with same event log message:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first.
This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I din't notice any power outage, but i suspect a Brown out?
anyway i was supprised i lost only one Climeate Prediction task that day,
out 14 that were crunching, at the time.
I set prefferences so that I carry no "stock piles"

out of curiosity I went and,
open up my <cc_config> with Notepad,

on this computer I only run one project: Climateprediction.net

Wow! I don't know why my <cc_config> is so long?
I guess I should edit my <cc_config> and get rid of the tags I don't need?
but I am a little scared I might screw my <cc_config> up,
because it seems to be working ok.

anyway it's Wedsday 2 AM here on the west coast of Canada now,
I'm a bit sleepy, so I think I will catch some ZZZZzzzz's and crash.
