Ok That's not a problem, I have an ATI graphics card (rad 9600) I am using the latest driver.

I don't know if the graphics problem is related to the errors once the results are uploaded? This time I have avoided trying to view the graphics, and have a bout 4 hours till the next result is finnished, so if this one is ok that's it.

If it still doesn't work, then maybe I'm better off crunching something else, since it's just a waste if my computer churns out rubbish, I may as well turn it off instead.

Hi,

I also have the same sort of problem, but so far not much has turned up in stderror, stdout etc.

Tho' the client crashes if I try to view the graphics.

The client keeps crunching away, I don't seem to get trickles, it just uploads at the end of the run.

Any ideas what's going on here?

Thanks

I am getting errors when dowloading project files, so am unable to run the project. Also when resetting the project boinc reports that it can\'t delete the files. Here are some examples from boinc:

climateprediction.net - 2004-09-01 20:15:07 - verify_downloaded_file(): projects\\climateprediction.net\\hadsm3um_4.03_windows_intelx86.zip: MD5 check failed

climateprediction.net - 2004-09-01 20:15:07 - Checksum or signature error for hadsm3um_4.03_windows_intelx86.zip

climateprediction.net - 2004-09-01 19:45:59 - Can\'t delete file projects\\climateprediction.net\\hadsm3um_4.03_windows_intelx86.zip

Seti works fine (when the project is up)

The compuer and OS are as follows:

boinc version 4.05, windows XP pro, AMD Atlon XP 3200+, 1G RAM and about 40G free disk space.

Thanks

Richard
