I use my work computer and cannot alter which folders are scanned. Setting up a virtual linux machine and running BOINC on that should address the issue. Just wanted to check first whether I needed to take that extra step.

I am using BOINC 7.12.1 on Windows 10 Enterprise 64-bit. Curious if anyone knows if this will prevent me from getting future work units. -saxifrage
