I have not yet upgraded BOINC on my Mac as is a fairly new install but will re-read the post that you mention before I do. I will repost once I have re-tried that task.
2) Questions and Answers : Macintosh : One Task out of three crashing Boinc (Message 45581) Posted 25 Feb 2013 by Marc Barraclough Post: I am relatively new to climateprediction and currently have 3 tasks from climateprediction available to run at the moment. I am also running tasks from SETI and Einstein (the other 4 of my 7 available threads). I started having problems just over a week ago but narrowed the problem down to one of the climate prediction tasks. If I start this task running, it will cause all tasks from all projects to continuously need to restart. The obvious result is no work being done. What should I now do with this broken task? It is 88+ minutes into the task with 165+ minutes remaining.
