I have learned from this forum how to suspend and exit BOINC but I can't then shut down which I usually do after every session of internet banking. Also there are mornings when I am unable to open any browser - either Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. The only way to solve this is to shut down and then reboot. Catch 22 therefore. I have to crash out by holding down the "On" button. I'm not a techie so any advice needs to be of the "all User" variety please. Virginia
