It's been raining in New England for about a month now with only one break of more than a couple of hours.

I cannot remember ever having this much steady rain every single day, week after week. Long stretches of grey and drizzly? Yes. Endless stretches of medium to torrential rain every day? Nope.

Maybe it's the rotting teepee in the backyard, or the mold on my vinyl siding, but joining this project seems more than usually relevant.

I have a lot of opinions, but I would like a better basis in fact before I expressing them to anyone but my long suffering family and friends.

I'm a retired tech writer with considerable experience in documenting extremely complex software and hardware, including a year at Grumman where I worked with NASA, so if there's actual work to which I can lend my experience, let me know.

Best to all,

Marilyn in sodden Massachusetts
