I\'m thinking along the lines of an updated form of the nearly 20 year old game SimEarth, which attempted to model the atmosphere and biosphere. I\'m suprised there seems to be no open source game inspired by SimEarth. If anyone knows of one let us know...

3) Questions and Answers : Unix/Linux : viz not starting (Message 16974) Posted 4 Nov 2005 by David Trethewey Post: When I try to launch viz it doesn\'t start instead reporting the following error messages: ./hadsm3viz_4.13_i686-pc-linux-gnu: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: no version information available (required by ./hadsm3viz_4.13_i686-pc-linux-gnu) ./hadsm3viz_4.13_i686-pc-linux-gnu: /usr/lib/libstdc++.so.6: no version information available (required by ./hadsm3viz_4.13_i686-pc-linux-gnu) ./hadsm3viz_4.13_i686-pc-linux-gnu: relocation error: ./hadsm3viz_4.13_i686-pc-linux-gnu: symbol _ZNSs4_Rep20_S_empty_rep_storageE, version GLIBCXX_3.4 not defined in file libstdc++.so.6 with link time reference The odd thing is that there is a libstdc++.so.6 in my /usr/lib directory but it is a symbolic link to a newer version, perhaps it doesn\'t like that.
