1) Message boards : climateprediction.net Science : Not enough disk space (Message 24712)

Post:
I have been told in another thread that I should continue to post here.
I have been with CPDN for some time, left for a while and am now back and eager
to crunch. But i can\'t get any work units, as my BOINC manager tells me that there is not enough space on my harddisk. Furthermore, my computer is said to have downloaded 32 work units, but none appeared in the work tab ever. So i reset the project and got the following afterwards:

... but still no wus. so i am waiting now with \"no new tasks\" on for somebody to help me out.
2) Message boards : Number crunching : Servus status: no work available (Message 24698)

Post:
Returning to CPDN after a time out, I am wondering whether there will be work available soon or not, as the status page and my BOINC manager indicate that there is none at the moment.
3) Message boards : Number crunching : What's new in 4.12? (Message 12387)
Posted 7 May 2005 by B-Roy
Post:
I just had another wu that died after 11 trickles and since i started cpdn some time ago (09/2004), I just managed to finish 1 wu. I would like to know if 4.12 is supposed to run more stable than 4.10? If the new wu dies again, I will stop cpdn, because I don't see the point in spending hundreds of computational hours without finishing wus. cpdn is clearly one of the most interesting projects, but I get frustrated with all the errors.

Exept the 1 wu that I finished successfully, I got these stderr messages:

I run several projects on my machine and I experience no problems exept for cpdn, where most of the models exit with client errors.
Is this behavior normal or should I detach?

I crunched my wu until it had more than 230000 steps in the third phase. It trickled successfully at 237000.
Today however it is back at 225000.

I installed 4.09 and tried to run CPDN. Here are a few extracts from my message board: (from most recent to oldest)

seems like it always tries to download files again.

As i have seen on your application page, you still use version 4.03 for windows. Is it impossible to run CPDN on a 4.09 machine? Should I detach and wait until you get to 4.09?
