I understand Oxford University graduate students are busy all the time, maybe we should ask Cambridge University undergraduate students to get working on this problem. We could see results in hours not months...

3) Questions and Answers : Windows : no work from project (Message 48556) Posted 26 Mar 2014 by Nflight Post: I also am having difficulty in acquiring a new work unit for my system to crunch. Seems it fails every time I initialize the project into my BOINC manager. I have preferences set to run every project. Running a XP system with BOINC 7.2.39 and the server status shows > 15,000 work units available for the new weather@home project.
