I used another internet access now (without proxy). Upload worked now. So the problem was really due to the proxy not being able to handle large files.
Thanks for your help, guys!

Can you check the link you quoted? It only takes me to the server status page - no thread anywhere there!

I am using BOINC 5.2.12.
My internet connection is through a proxy (at least at the moment). I have no problems uploading SETI results.
I have suspended the network activity for now.

One more thing: When I start BOINC, the counter shows the remaining time to be 1700 hours. And then after a second or so, the counter jumps to 2200 hours.

It happens actually all the time that the PC shuts down suddenly. I think it happens mainly, when switching between CPDN and SETI, after a workunit was completed.
If I reset, will there be any value for the overall project? Or will all the work done until now be lost?

I haven\'t received any credits for one week now, although the trickles are constantly uploaded.
Incidentally the remaining time jumped from 1500 hours to 2100 hours recently. Could that be connected somehow?

There is advice in the BOINC-Wiki on this page under the heading \'aborted by user\' which may help. Let us know.

Thanks for the advice! I managed to get a download of a new CPDN workunit by pausing all SETI workunits and disabling the download of further SETI workunits.
