Three out of four years have 28 days, One year has 29 days. This calender has 29 and 30 days every February. please explain. This would account for the data to be years off in 100 yrs.

CP-boinc uses 360 day years with 12 x 30 day months, thus February 29th & 30th every year. Apparently this makes no difference to the climate but it does make statistical calculations somewhat easier.
