Go to /var/lib/boinc-client/projects/climateprediction.net/ (you may need to be root or use sudo to do this depending on whether you have changed permissions or not.) there you will find the task folders. Just check the names carefully so you don't delete the running task folder! You prompted me to check whether I have any extra ones in there but currently I don't!
