I received an invite to join Weather@Home but cannot find it on the BOINC Manager add project list, nor a URL for it here. For now at least, I'm happy to do it, but can't.

"Weather@Home" is a simplified access point for people on "social media" sites, who may never have heard of BOINC or climateprediction.

It takes them to a page that only has "Weather@Home" models, i.e. PNW, EU, and SAF models.

As you're already a long time cruncher of those model types, and more, that invite is superfluous.

Understood, I'll ignore it then.

There is a climateathome project I just enrolled in it to see if it is worth doing. As for Test4Theory@home of CERN you need to have a Virtual Box installed and a recent version of BOINC. Mine are Virtual Box 4.3.6 and BOINC 7.2.41 on my Linux box.

I looked at the climate@home server status page. Unfortunately they dont seem to have any more work available than we do.

climate@home is a part time project by an American PhD student.
We have a thread for it here.
