There are two resume buttons, one for projects and the other for tasks. Resuming a task won't have any effect if the project is suspended. And there's the one-hour snooze option as well ... If BOINC Manager has got itself confused, then simply exit and restart. If none of that makes any difference then reboot the machine. And if none of those options works, then post back ... |

I hope this post is in the correct place - sorry if not - please redirect as needed. I have 2 clients running CP work units that have end times that are pushing 2000 + hours. (One client has completed 1802hrs with 1749hrs remaining and the 2nd client has completed 5485hrs with 2145hrs remaining). I don't care so much about this time, but the problem is I am not going to be available from the 1st week of April until probably late Sept, so I must shut these 2 computers down. Can I suspend these 2 clients until Sept and then resume them without losing the credit gained from the work they have already done? If not can I move just these 2 projects to another computer (although I suspect the answer is no). I don't want to lose the credits I have because I need to suspend these 2 computers. |
