I have run a number of tasks for CPDN. It will give me no more. Has Oxford run out of cases? My computer is slow, but not THAT slow. I have made no changes in my settings and do not speak that language. With WINDOWS, anything seems possible.

Can I fix it, or should I just wait?

The hadsm3mh experiment (\'mid-holocene\') from which you have just completed a model is indeed now finished - i.e. data is still collected but no new models are issued.

Two types of models are currently available (see Server Status): HADAM3P and HADSM3 (\'slab\'). If you check your account settings (here) and then follow the \'climateprediction.net preferences\' link, then you can make sure that these model types are selected; alternatively you can make sure none of the model types is selected and you will be send a random model type.

A third model type, FAMOUS, should soon be available here as well.

It may be that the model perferences are correct. There have been a number of recent posts reporting delays in getting a new model. It\'s a holiday in the UK today, so things should improve when the project staff return in person tomorrow.

The CPU on your PC does not have SSE2 capabilities, so it would not work with hadam3p or FAMOUS. Please select hadsm3 as your model of choice in the climateprediction.net specific preferences.

Can I fix it, or should I just wait?

Click on \"Your Account\" on the menu on the left
Click on the \"climateprediction.net preferences\" link
Scroll down and click on the \"Edit climateprediction.net preferences\" link
Under the \"Application Preferences\" section, select only \"UK Met Office HADSM3\" and deselect all others
Click on \"Update Preferences\" button

Then go to your BOINC Manager window, Projects tab, click on climateprediction.net and click on the Update button.
