Longtime Boinc/CPDN contributor. Had to rebuild my hard drive: Win XP. Reloaded Boinc, attached to CPDN and started the download of the 15 or so files required. Everything downloaded within an hour except three files: 2000_12_init.gz, hadisst_sst_n96_2003_12_2006_01f.gz, and 2003_12_init.gz.

Boinc has been retrying to download these 3 files for over 24 hours with no success.

Any ideas on whats up?

What messages are being displayed in BOINC Manager?

I\'m able to access all of those files from a browser, so if all else fails you have the option of downloading them that way. If you decide to try that disable networking, save the files to the projects/climateprediction.net directory (under your BOINC data directory), re-enable networking and BOINC will detect the files are already there on the next download retries.
