This message has been going on now for around 20 or so days. I am unable to process any work units at all, as when the downloads are finished the following error messages appear.

Access is denied is usually a permissions problem.
If you\'ve recently upgraded to Windows 7, then something may not have been set up correctly.

You appear to have crashed several hundred models so far.
Please set the project to No new tasks in the projects tab until you fix the problem.

Since there appear to be no working models on that machine, it might be worth an uninstall/reinstall of BOINC. After the uninstall, try looking for anything BOINC-related and delete it. Use the same e-mail address and password as before when reinstalling.
