I have had no problems until recently. Now, no new downloads will run for more than 24 seconds before a \"computation error\". It seems that all new work units are labeled \"hadam3p...\" rather than hadsm....

No other changes to my system. I upgraded to newest BOINC but only after this problem started.

any ideas would be welcome.

According to the error messages in your failed models, your computer is missing a file:

dyld: Library not loaded: libifcoremt.dylib
Referenced from: /Library/Application Support/BOINC Data/projects/climateprediction.net/hadam3p_um_6.08_i686-apple-darwin
Reason: Incompatible library version: hadam3p_um_6.08_i686-apple-darwin requires version 1.0.0 or later, but libifcoremt.dylib provides version 0.0.0
CPDN process is not running, exiting, bRetVal = 1, checkPID=0, selfPID=5445, iMonCtr=1
Model crash detected, will try to restart...

If you want to try just the hadsm3 models, they can be selected in your server prefs. (And de-select the hadsm3p models.)

Thanks for that info. Is there anything I can do with it? Could I re-download BOINC? Should I look for the dylib file elsewhere? Is it a BOINC file or a climateprediction file?

Thyme Lawn\'s post explains the problem.
Just don\'t run 3p models.
