Hi The progress of hadcm3istd_crcj_1920_160_06019757_2 recently lost about 40% and seemed to start from very near the beginning again... Should I just Abort it and download another one? This is the first time for me, has this sort of problem happened to other people much? Thanks for any help. Digby |

This sort of thing does happen, but I\'m not sure if to that type of model. I know that it can happen to the hadsm3\'s if they get interrupted by the user at the change from one phase to the next. If you do abort it, keep in mind that there are no more hadcm3\'s for the moment, so if that\'s the only type that you have selected, you\'ll need to look at either the Applications page, or the Server Status page in the blue menu to the left to see what IS available, and then select another type in your prefs. OK, to keep things simple I\'ll keep it going and see how it progresses. I suspect I booted Vista then started Boinc then did a quick re-boot before Boinc got a chance to settle. I never normally pause processing and on this occasion I think I some data got \'lost\' and so the model had to start again. I\'ll leave it to see if the same thing happens again at 40% completion. Thanks for coming back to me. Digby |
