The error message for that task is described in the BOINC FAQ here. It recommends a memory test: if that passes then post back here again.

Iain
I think that BOINC FAQ refers to PC (Windows) problems and the downloads available would not be of any use to a Mac user.
Keith

[P.S. Sorry. Found after reading further info re Shared memory as follows in the BOINC FAQ:--

==========
A better solution is available—if you don’t mind reconfiguring your system’s kernel a little. The method, accompanied by a more detailed description of the issue, is outlined in Configuring Shared Memory on Mac OS X from Spy Hill Research (hosts of the BOINC Pirates@home project). It involves creating a text file “/etc/sysctl.conf” that contains the following commands:

kern.sysv.shmmax=16777216
kern.sysv.shmmin=1
kern.sysv.shmmni=128
kern.sysv.shmseg=32
kern.sysv.shmall=4096

and rebooting the computer. This will quadruple the default allocation of shared memory.

Note that the problem may manifest with slightly different error messages: “Can\'t create shared memory: system shmat” followed by “Couldn\'t start or resume: -146”.
==========

That has been mentioned before regarding running HADCM3 on Macs.Is it possible to create this file in TextEdit (or does it require special software to create it).
And where should this file be placed?

Indeed so, but there are Mac versions - just google \"mac memtest\".

Does the shared memory problem cause a 193 stop? If so, perhaps we need to update the readme files, which still mention \'fixing error code 6\' but make no mention of 193. BOINC versions increment and may well cause errors to present in different ways.

If you\'re referring to the messages in your original post, that isn\'t a problem.

These models only create zips, (3 of them), at the end of the modelling, so what the message is saying is that BOINC couldn\'t find them, which is obvious to people, but not BOINC. If the model hasn\'t reached the point where they get created, then they won\'t be there.

When a data set is downloaded, part of this a list of the files that BOINC should expect, and where to upload them. It doesn\'t say WHEN they get created, and normally this wouldn\'t matter. It only matters when the model fails, which causes BOINC to look at it\'s to-do list.
