It looks like, the models of versions 6.xx don\'t support graphics.
P.S. I am still running BOINC 5 (not 6).

That is too bad! Models v. 6 are very stable... but a wonderful screensaver from CPDN was/is the best compensation for taking part here. Why You decided to stop graphics support for BOINC 5? BOINC 6 is still not compatible at 100 % with some BOINC projects (or some BOINC projects are not yet compatible with BOINC 6) :-), so a part of us (BOINC participants) can not to make an upgrade.

Both backwards and forwards compatability was intended and tried for, but it doesn\'t work on all systems.
For some people they start working after a while, for some after a restart of BOINC, and for others not at all.

There\'s a discussion thread somewhere, (perhaps several), which can be located by a suitable use of the advanced search facility. (They were a while ago now.)

Assuming that the issue is with HADSM3 Mid-Holocene WUs
The graphics will show if tasks are suspended/exit Boinc/restart Boinc/restart tasks.
This works on Boinc 5.10.45 .
This does unfortunately have to be done each time the computer is rebooted.
The trick is trying to suspend task activity without losing too much progress,
on your other projects or not rebooting the computer too often.
