I would like to be able to move projects up or down in the task bar instead of having to suspend jobs and then ususpend jobs so that my two processors are shared equally. You could line up multiple projects and the work would flow from top to bottom. This will come in handy even more when I get my quad core kubuntu machine going doing projects.

That\'s a BOINC matter, better asked here on the BOINC forums at Berkeley, California.

edit
I suppose you know that you can set the number of cores in your computer on your Account page under General preferences?
Your computer has 2, and you currently have 2 models, so that one will run on each core at the same time.

And BOINC is designed to run lots of work units on a rotating basis, as set by the switch interval, also in Gen prefs. And to work out which WU needs to be run next to meet the deadlines. Etc.

Lots of help, hints, tips, and advice, here in the README files.
