All the slab models have that description, so we\'ll need a bit more than that.
Either the Result ID number, or the first part of the name; e.g. hadsm3fub_0348, which is one of yours.

However, loss of the graphics is usually something to do with your computer, rather than the model.

One thing that you could try is to Exit from BOINC, and then reboot the computer, which can cure a number of ills. (Use Exit in the BOINC menu!)

There is a known but unresolved problem with slab model graphics after phase changes (see here). However, 13% doesn\'t get the model into phase 2.

In any event, Les\'s suggestion of an exit (and a re-boot, if required) is the prescribed remedy.

1. Did you re-boot the machine as suggested?

2. Any other graphics anomalies on the machine lately? Are the drivers up to date?

The page on the server for that model is here.
It\'s a \'slab\' model, (non-dynamic ocean), so there won\'t be any graphs available on the server page until you complete phase 1. (And phases 2 and 3.)

There are 3 ways to see if it\'s OK:
1) Trickles continue to appear at the bottom of the above page;
2) The message: Reason: To send trickle-up message continues to appear at intervals in the Messages tab of your BOINC manager;
3) No error messages appear in the Messages tab of your BOINC manager.

1) Looks OK, but only you can check on 2) & 3).
