I\'m running Boinc Manager 5.8.16 on XP and would like to change the display options on the climate prediction screen saver. Instead of the static globe I would like to set rotation and clouds. The screen text says to use Ctrl+ the require option key. However, as soon as I touch the keyboard the screen saver goes away. How else can I change the options.

The control key function stopped working in an earlier version of BOINC and is now not recogonised.
You need to change the setting for the normal graphics, in the prefs on your Account page. Then, the next time you reboot, the Show graphics function should give what you want, as should the screen saver.
