No trickles using Menubar and iMac

I am using the menubar version of boinc. Is this the reason for no trickles? This info doesn\'t show up immediately after upload, as various pieces of software are only run occasionally. The trickle transfers used to be at half hour intervals, but I think they are now only run twice a day. This is due to the server database getting unweildy. Due to the pressure of getting the BBC project ready on time, the two porgrammers haven\'t had time to fix problems such as the database, or sulphur models.
