I have a Linux machine running boinc 4.19, and I would like to upgrade to 5.2.13 without losing work - how should I do that?

Download the new version (link on left of the page), install the files to your boinc directory, restart using ./nnnnn for the new version. (Believe it or not, it\'s easier in Linux than in M$.)

However, please make a backup of the entire boinc folder first, in case something goes wrong. (I\'m paranoid, what with \"Murphy\" loose in the world.)
