I am with SETI but if I try to use my account it does not work

Then my computer secruity challenged the download anyway as there was no publisher name on the programme. Shall I give up and stick to SETI? I had no problem with that at all. I have my account set up and I think I have downloaded the prog but when I went to set up on my computer the box asked for Host and Password, I dont know what to put in on the Host box, everything I put is not accepted, including the site URL, my User Name, even tried my email info in desperation, what am I doing wrong please?
