In the HTML header of all pages whose source I have checked, charset=iso-8859-1 is declared, while UTF-8 is used actually.
I must manually switch to UTF-8 each time in order to see national characters within the page body displayed correctly (namely column headers in Czech).
Could anybody fix this?
