My BOINC CC can not upload any data to the Server and now the modell has stoped and a new one downloaded and starts again. WHY ?

Is there any problem with the Servers ?

Why is CPDN starting a new Modell ?

I´m very angry about that problem, why is there no backup function in die Projectapplication ??
