This just occurred again. WHAT CAUSES THIS PROBLEM ??

Previous time was when the running workunit had finished phase two. This time it was when the running workunit had finished phase three.

The waiting workunit (the one that is supposed to be started when the previous workunit is complete) is terminated with code 251 before it has accumulated any run time.

The computer is either totally off-line, or its connection to the internet is congested. Using BOINC 4.13, AMD Barton, SuSE 9.2.
